To ensure a peaceful stay and a secure environment for our guests, we have set up a unique surveillance system at the entrance to the luxury loft. We would like to assure you that this device is exclusively focused on the well-being of our guests and the respect of the premises.

Why a camera at the entrance?

There are two main reasons for the presence of an interior camera at the entrance:

Identity control: To ensure everyone’s safety, this camera is used to check the identity of people entering the property.
Managing the number of guests: This measure ensures that the home does not host an excessive number of people, thus avoiding the risk of unauthorized parties or excesses.

Your privacy, our priority

It’s essential to stress that this camera is limited to the entrance only. It does not cover any other part of the loft, guaranteeing the privacy and confidentiality of your stay. Your peace of mind and trust are paramount to us.

We understand the sensitivity of privacy and are committed to respecting it. Captured images are used for security purposes only, and are treated with the utmost discretion only in the event of an incident. They are only kept for a limited time, in accordance with current regulations.

Minut System: Your well-being comes first

Minut, a modern, camera-free tool and official partner of Airbnb, monitors the harmony of your property. It measures noise levels in decibels, and detects the density of electronic devices such as telephones to determine the risk of crowding. Cigarette smoke is also detected to maintain a healthy environment.

If the sound volume exceeds 75 dB, our concierge will send you an SMS to reduce the volume, ensuring the well-being of the neighborhood and the preservation of our audio equipment.

Advanced security

Any attempt to tamper with Minut automatically alerts our concierge system. We encourage you to enjoy your stay by respecting this system without attempting to modify it.
