What is Loft Saint-Marc?

The Saint-Marc loft is a luxury loft in Rouen offering an exceptional stay in the heart of the city. Features such as a spa, heated swimming pool, chef’s kitchen and glass cathedral roof make this an exceptional property that is unique in Rouen.

Where is the Loft Saint-Marc located?

Loft Saint-Marc is ideally located in Rouen Rive-Droite in the city centre, near the famous Place Saint-Marc. Our guests particularly appreciate the location, which allows them to visit the city on foot and be close to all of Rouen’s attractions.

What are the arrival and departure times?

In order to provide you with a top-of-the-range experience, entry and exit are direct with our on-site concierge. Arrival in our luxury loft in Rouen is from 5pm and departure is before 11am the following day.

How do you open the door?

The day before your arrival, you will receive a personal and unique entry code by text message. By entering this code on the keypad at the front door, you will be able to access the Loft Saint-Marc independently for the duration of your stay.

Is parking available?

One of the most frequently asked questions is parking. Yes, you can park up to two vehicles in our private garage.

Does Loft Saint-Marc have internet access?

Yes, very fast wifi access is available, you’ll find the wifi code as soon as you arrive at the loft in the PassPass application.

Can we bring something to eat and drink?

Yes, you can bring your own meal and use the fully-equipped, custom-built kitchen. When you book, we automatically provide you with a Normandy Welcome Pack with Cidre and Camembert “les 5 frères”. If you would like to add some options to your stay, we can also welcome you with a bottle of champagne, bouquets of roses and chocolates, for example.

What little extras are included in the 1st night?

To ensure you have a pleasant stay, the suite includes :

  • a welcome drink (a bottle of cider and a Norman camembert) ;
  • a courtesy tray (coffee, tea) ;
  • hospitality products
  • linen provided;
  • bath accessories.
What's the kitchen equipped with?

The kitchen is equipped with the following: microwave oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, 1 large fridge, hob, teppaniaky, frying pan and saucepans, Nespresso machine, crockery…

Are pets allowed?

No, for reasons of hygiene and although we appreciate them very much, our animal friends are not allowed in the Loft Saint-Marc.

Can we book for more than 4 people?

No, Le Loft Saint-Marc has two suites for a maximum of 4 people. Access by people other than those indicated in the booking is strictly forbidden. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the immediate expulsion of all persons.

Is smoking allowed in the Saint-Marc loft?

No, it is not possible to smoke or vapourise in the Saint-Marc loft. There is a courtyard on the ground floor for this purpose: the garage is not equipped for this either. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a deduction of €100 from the security deposit.

Do I have to clean up before leaving?

No, you don’t need to clean up before you leave. However, we do ask that you leave the accommodation in good condition, with the lights off and the windows closed. Please empty the rubbish bins and do your washing up. In the event of proven abuse, an additional charge for damage may be levied.

Is breakfast included?

No, a courtesy tray with coffee and tea is available for your use. The Loft Saint-Marc is neither a hotel nor a guest house, so we cannot offer a hearty breakfast.

Are household linen provided?

You don’t need to bring anything with you – all household linen is provided for the duration of the rental period (sheets, towels, duvets, cushions, bathrobes, bathmats, etc.).

Why is the entrance filmed?

The entrance to the accommodation is filmed by a camera in real time to ensure your safety but also to check that the reservation is correct: no extra travellers outside the reservation will be tolerated. For more information, please read our security policy.

Are parties allowed?

No, parties are strictly forbidden. A decibel sensor on site monitors noise pollution to avoid conflicts with neighbours. Please respect everyone’s peace and quiet after 10pm. In the event of abuse, €100 will be deducted from your deposit. The audio system and home cinema are not designed for listening to loud music, as this can damage them.

Is it possible to make a direct booking?

All bookings must be made via Airbnb (no deposit) or directly on our website: direct bookings guarantee a better rate, but a deposit of €2,000 is required to cover any damage. Without receipt of the deposit, our concierge will not validate the entry into the premises.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Full payment for your stay must be made by credit card at the time of booking. After payment, an email will be sent to you to enable you to pay the 2000€ deposit which will validate your booking.

How do I make a deposit?

A deposit of €2,000 is automatically required. In the event of non-compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, the deposit will be deducted from the cost of restoring the premises or replacing the equipment. If you comply with the terms and conditions, the deposit will be returned to you in full after your stay.

I've bought a Gift Card, how do I activate it?

Thank you for giving such a lovely gift, someone is lucky to have you 😍 This person will receive an activation code by email to enter when booking on our site. In the “coupon” field, simply insert the code to deduct the amount from the gift card.

I've received a Gift Card, how do I activate it?

To activate your gift card, simply check availability on our calendar, book your stay and at the time of payment, you can insert the code you received with your gift card by email. This will automatically deduct the amount of the gift card from the price of your booking. Stay voucher 🎉
Please note: although the gift card can be used to pay in full for your stay, you will still need to pay a deposit of €2,000 to confirm your booking.

I've received a Gift Card, how long is it valid for?

Your gift card is valid for 12 months after receipt.
